It has also been advised that free time shall be twice the applicable Ime upto 31.05.2020. It is hereby clarified that ‘twice the applicable free time upto 31.05.2020" is applicable for rakes which have been placed for loading/unloading etc upto 31.05.2020. For example, ifa rake has been placed for loading or unloading at 22:00 hours of 31.05.2020, then it will avail twice the applicable free time even if it is released after 31.05.2020.
