No. TC-1/2019/103/1 Date 27.03.2020

Sub: Delivery of goods at the destination in absence of RR Ref: Guidelines issued vide even letter no. dated 24.03.2020

Railway Board, vide above referred letter, had issued procedure for granting delivery of goods in case on non-receipt of RR and also unavailability of indemnity bonds in view of

country wide lockdown under prevailing pandemic COVID-19. The same are valid upto

31.03.2020.

Board has granted approval for extension of these guidelines upto 30.04.2020.

This issues with approval of Member Traffic.
