Please refer to SECR’s letter under reference on the above mentioned subject.

It is to state that extant guidelines regarding advance stacking at Railway premises are prescribed vide Para 7.0 of Chapter-II of circular under reference(i), which are self contained; and clearly indicate that stacking can continue even after lapse of advance stacking period; i.e. till supply of wagons.
