In terms of extant guidelines, when wagons are weighed, the result) of weighment should be communicated to the corresponding loading points and the same is entered in TMS module of FOIS.

In view of above, all concerened may be advised to ensure that the details of weighment, including those done at en-route weighbridge and re-weighment done under special instructions, should be entered in TMS module of FOIS. Based on these weighment details, reconciliation should be done at loading points on month!
