References have been received from Zonal Railways recommending change |
in certain provisions of Rates Circular No.21 of 2007. ं

The matter has been examined and it has been decided to revise Paras 2.2 &
3.3 and to insert an additional Para 2.21 in Rates Circular No.21 of 2007, as under: |

. "2.2 Classification should be reviewed every year in the month of May on the basis of .

‘average number of rakes dealt with per month during 1 January to 30" April’
