The niatter has been examined. The details of issues talsed by Defence Authority and retevant. instructions thersuport are enclosed herewith(Annexure) for the guidance af all concerned. It [४ also- clarified that past cases need not. be opened ie. neither any debit be talsedt against Deferice Authority for charges due but ‘tot levied nor any refund be. made. to Defence Authority for charges levied, though not due.
