Sub : Selection for volunteers to the post of Commercial Inspectors - Commercial Department / SBC Divn. (८ - Coslre Pest ) , Ref : PCPO/SWR/UB letter No.SWR/P.535/III/Comml/CI/Vol.III/CC 64 dated 08.09.2023. KOR KK It is proposed to form a panel for filling up 13 (Thirteen) posts of Commercial Inspectors from among the volunteers of Commercial Department who are Level-07 in 7 CPC (Grade Pay Rs.4600). No. of posts Level-7 of VII CPC Therefore, volunteers who are willing to accept the terms and conditions mentioned below may submit their applications in the prescribed pro-forma enclosed as Annexure ‘A’. 1. Drafting of employees who are selected will be on their existing pay and level. It is a tenure post and not a promotion. 2. The suitability of eligible employees will be adjudged through 03 member’s committee basis of seniority and suitability. The tenure of Commercial Inspectors/ Commercial Department shall be 3 years +1+1. 4. The Commercial Inspectors/Commercial Department also shall be subjected for periodical transfers. दर 5. Performance of the selected candidates if found to be non-satisfactory, they are liable to be repatriated to their parent cadre before completion of the tenure period. 6. Selected candidates must be prepared to serve in the post till the completion of the tenure as indicated above. 7. The selected employees should be prepared to work over Bengaluru Division, wherever posting is made. 8. The Commercial Inspectors who are already working/completed 4 years of service either on volunteer basis or otherwise are not eligible to apply for these posts as per the instructions communicated by PCPO/SWR/UBL letter No. SWR/P.535/III/Comml/CI/Vol.III/CC 64 dated 08.09.2023. 9. Staff who have worked or presently to working in any other Ex-Cadre Post are not eligible to apply for these posts unless they complete cooling off period of equal duration. 10. Please arrange to notify the same to staff concerned working in your section and eligible employees may submit their application in Annexure “A” to Sr.DCM/O/SBC on or before 28.07.2024, the applications in Annexure “A” received from staff may be forwarded to this office in one bunch on 31.07.2024. 11. No application will be entertained after the last date, irrespective of reason for delay. Applications received from the employees directly without forwarding of Supervisory will be summarily rejected. 12.
