Railway Board’s letter No.2023-E(SCT)I/22/14 dated 29.11.2024. मे के के में Further, to Railway Board’s letter dated 29.07.2013(Ref.1 above) now, vide letter dated 29.11.20224(copies enclosed) has advised that it is decided to extend the facility of one(01) 2" AC Card Pass in favour of Branch President/Branch Vice President or Branch Secretary of Branch Executive Committee of All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association and available up to Divisional Jurisdiction. The use of Card Pass will be after prior approval of Headquarter leave/sanctioned leave related to AISCTREA meeting/s. The above said letter it is also advised by Railway Board that in supersession of their earlier letter dated 12.07.1996, it is decided that the periodicity of Informal Meeting be increased from the existing Two(02) in a year to Three(03) in a year with the Administration, subject to request/demand received from AISCTRE Association. Therefore, it is advised to follow the above instructions and compliance may please be sent to this office for onward transmission to Railway Board.
