A detailed user manual regarding the leave encashment module is enclosed as Annexure-A and also uploaded in the HRMS portal. The following points related to the leave encashment function in HRMS may be noted: 1. The leave encashment module facilitates linking the pass details and leave details from the respective modules and cross-validating the details through HRMS itself. 2. Declaration of previous leave encashment availed is required and should be sent to the leave Dealing clerk for verification. 3. The module includes deduction of leave from the leave balance on sanction and provides for record updation block year-wise for the future- i.e. post launch of leave encashment. 4. Rules for availing and sanctioning of Leave Encashment remain unchanged. 5. All leave encashment applications must be processed through HRMS from 11.12.2023 onwards. Physical processing will be discontinued. 6. Encashment applications already submitted by employees in physical form and pending for processing shall be processed as per the existing procedure till 11.12.2023 and all pending old physical forms and online applications thereafter, shall processed only through HRMS from 11.12.2023. 7. Salary module development and linking with IPAS are ongoing, sending for payment processing will be done manually as per current practice. 8. The HRMS help desk of all units of ECoR may please ensure necessary guidance to all employees facilitating them to apply through the HRMS module for availing leave encashment. It is once again reiterated that all facilities are to be provided to ensure that the leave module, including leave encashment, is accessible, easy, and comfortable to all employees. ploy Pa At (Prakha?
