Sub:- Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme for Railway Employees — Clarification regarding.

Reference is invited to Board’s letter No. PC-V/2009/ACP/2 dated 10-6-2009 regarding introduction of Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS) for Railway Employees based on recommendations of 6" Central Pay Commission. DOP&T vide their OM No.

35034/3/2010-Estt.(D) dated 03-8-2010 issued clarification regarding MACPS for the Central Government civilian employees. The same shall apply mutatis-mutandis on the Railways also.

2. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.

कृपया बोर्ड के दिनांक 10-6-2009 के पत्र सं. पीसी-४/2009/एसीपी/2 का अवलोकन करें, जो 6ठे केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग की सिफ़ारिशों के आधार पर रेल कर्मचारियों के लिए आशोधित सुनिश्चित आजीविका उन्नयन योजना (एमएसीपीएस) को लागू करने के संबंध में है। कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग ने दिनांक 03-8-2010 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं. 35034/3/2020-स्थापना (डी) के तहत केंद्र सरकार असैनिक कर्मचारियों के लिए एमएसीपीएस से संबंधित स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया था। ये स्पष्टीकरण यथोचित परिवर्तनों सहित रेलों में भी लागू होंगे।
