Ref: Chairman, RRB, Ajmer's letter No. EG/RRB/CBT/GBS/2025-26 dated 12.07.2025. कं मं जज जे जे मै मै मै In continuation to this office notification dated 13.11.2024 & 03.01.2025, the CBT test was conducted by RRB/Ajmer on 04.05.2025, 18.05.2025 (Main) & 01.06.2025 (Supplementary). In terms of Railway Board’s letter No: E(GP)2022/2/4 dated 07.10.2022, the list of 120 employees who have qualified in the CBT examination for the post of ACM (Group ‘B’) Level-8 (erstwhile GP-4800/-) against 70% selection quota in Commercial Department is enclosed as Annexure ‘A’. However, the enclosed list is not in an order of seniority. In terms of Railway Board's letter No: E(GP)2024/2/28 dated 03.02.2025, the number of candidates to be called for the viva voce and assessment of Record of Service, will be 6 times the number of vacancies (category wise), in the order of seniority. Since the above list is not in an order of seniority, the list of candidates eligible for viva voce will be finalized after the finalization of integrated seniority list of above mentioned candidates. The eligibility of the candidates to appear for viva-voce will be subject to their medical fitness in the prescribed Medical Examination. The following documents of the above mentioned candidates should kept ready so as to reach this office at a short notice after finalization of integrated seniority list. 1. The original APARs (Filled offline) and attested copies of E-APRs (where APARs are filled online) of above employees for the last seven years |.e. for the period ending 31.03.2018 to 31.03.2024. While sending APARs, it may kindly be certified that these APARs are communicated to the employees and no representations are pending. 2. Service Register duly completed in all respect. While forwarding Service Register of the candidate belonging to reserved community, it may be ensured that Caste certificate in prescribed format is available in SR. oy a 3. DAR clearance, whether any DAR case is pending / contemplated against any of the above employees duly signed by a Gazetted Officer. The employees who are on leave/sick list may be intimated individually about the result. This should be got specifically noted by the employees. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter.
