# NOTICE # NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION (NIA) FOR ENGAGEMENT OF STATION TICKET BOOKING AGENT OVER MALDA DIVISION FOR THREE YEARS EASTERN RAILWAY, MALDA DIVISION # NOTICE No. Com/STBA/Policy/M/2022 dated 28 .04.2022. | | | | | --- | --- | --- | | 1. | Name of stations | Sealed Application is invited by Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, Malda for engagement of Station Ticket Booking Agents (STBA) at **Nathnagar, Bikramshila, Manderhill, Banka, Bakudi, Ganganiya and Masudan** ‘**NSG-6’ category** stations of Malda Division, Eastern Railway for issuing of unreserved tickets through computerized ‘Unreserved Ticketing System’ (UTS) from the existing counters under the supervision of Station Master/Deputy Station Master for a period of three years. | | 2. | Cost of NIA Document | * 1. Cost of NIA document: `Rs.**1,120/-** (Rupees one thousand one hundred twenty only(Cost of NIA Document =Rs.1000/**-**+12% GST) non- refundable. 2. Earnest Money Deposit: Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only for NSG-6 category station. The cost of NIA document (If downloaded from the Website) and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to be submitted separately through Demand Draft/Bank Pay Order to be issued from any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank in favour of ‘FA & CAO’ Eastern Railway, Kolkata and to be deposited along with the application. Application without Earnest Money Deposit & Cost of NIA Document will be summarily rejected. | | 3. | Address of the office from where the NIA Document can be purchased | NIA Document can be purchased from the office of the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, Malda **from 03.05.2022 to 31.05.2022 between 11.00 hrs to 17.00hrs. and on 01.06.2022 upto 14:00 hrs.** (on working days) on production of Money Receipt towards the cost of NIA document (non refundable), mentioned above.
