Now, CAO/PTS/NDLS vide control letter under ref (2), communicated that the percentage of Online Balance Sheet through UTS over SWR for the month of May 2021 is 82 % which is not satisfactory and requested this railway to ensure 100% compliance of online preparation of coaching Balance Sheet at all the UTS location with immediate effect as this position is monitored by the Apex Level at Railway Board. Therefore, PCCM desires that Sr.DCMs shall step up the efforts and ensure 100% compliance of online preparation of coaching Balance Sheet at all the UTS & PRS location without fail. A compliance report should be sent to this office by 15.07.2021 for onward communication to Railway Board.
