Sub: Integration of TTE lobby application with GSTR Portal of Indian Railway for EFT
Data.
Ref: GM/PMS/CRIS letter No. CRIS/ HQ/ PRJT/ 140/ 2023-PMS dated 07.06.2024.

          CRIS vide above referred letter, has informed that 728 TTE lobbies have been created in
the application and more than 600 locations are using the TRIP ID based cash remittance of EFT
at UTS counters.
 
2.         CRIS further mentioned that guidelines regarding collection of GST on EFTs mentioned
in Commercial Circular No. 46/2017 dated 30.06.2017 are to be incorporated in TTE lobby
application. 
 
3.         As a part of One ICT (i.e. Integration of all CRIS IT application of IR), it is required to
send the details of collected GST of EFT from TTE Lobby application to GSTR portal of CRIS
directly. To integrate the TTE lobby application with GSTR portal for sending the GST data of
EFT to GSTR portal, it is essentially required to make mandatory TRIP ID based cash remittance
of EFT at UTS counters for all Ticket checking staff across Indian Railways and stop uploading of
GST details on GSTR portal manually to avoid duplicate uploading of GST data on GSTR portal.
 
4.         In above context, Zonal Railways are requested to furnish the following details required to
process the integration of TTE Lobby application with GSTR portal:
a. Whether Zonal Railway is uploading the GST details of EFT on GSTR Portal and what 
procedure is being followed to upload the same. 
b. Period of uploading whether weekly/bi-weekly/monthly. 
c. Procedure to check the uploading of GST details of EFT. 
 
5.         Moreover, it is also decided that mandatory Trip ID based cash remittance by ticket
checking staff at UTS counters will be fully enforced from 1st September 2024 for all
computerized TTE lobbies across Indian Railways.
