Vide this office letters under reference (2), divisions were advised to implement
1000/o preparation of E-Balance Sheet at a.11 UTS & PRS iocations over SWR for the
month of J.une-2o21, duly informing that Railway Board is monitoring the complete
implementation of Online Coaching ba-la-nce sheet over SWR'
Now, CAO/PTS/NDLS vide control letter under ref (2), communicated that the
percentage of online Balance sheet through UTS over swR for the month of May
2021 is 82 % which is not satisfactory and requested this railway to ensure 100%o
compliance of online preparation of coaching Balance sheet at all the UTS location
with immediate effect as this position is monitored by the Apex Level at Railway Board.
Therefore, PCCM desires that sr.DCMs shali step up the efforts and ensure
100% compliance of online preparation of coaching Balance sheet at a1i the UTS &
PRS lobation without fai1. A complialce report should be sent to this offtce by
75.07.2021 for onward communication to Railway Board. The status report of 100%
implementation of E-balance sheet should be reflected in the monthly MCDO sent to
this oflice every month.

As we are aware that as per Raitway Board's directives the preparation of Online Coaching
Batance sheet through UTS is mandatory from lst March-2021 onwards. According vide
various references/cNl messages in the matter zonal Raitways were requested to ensure
100% comptiance of the same.
From the statement of May -2021 received from cRls on dated 23.06.2021 , it reveated that
the %age of preparation of online Coaching balance sheet over your Zonat Raitway is not
satisfactory i.e. wcR-64%, ry84& NcR-90% & wR-92% onty. The Zone-wise detaits of
stations, preparing ontine G-aching Batance sheet through urs (based on rrMy-2021), is
enctosed herewith for ready reference.
\\Hence, PCCMs are requested to kindty [ook into the matter and direct the concerned
[ \officiats to ensure 100% ontine preparation of the coaching Batance sheet (in UTS) over
