All Zonal Railways.
Sub:- Regarding entry of all commercial assets on IREPS portal.
Ref: Board’s letter no. 2019/ACII/9/13/e3318722 dated 02.04.2025
This is in reference to Board’s letter mentioned above wherein Zonal Railways were advised to
complete the data compilation with respect to the entry of all commercial assets (including
contracts being awarded through modes other than e-auction) on IREPS portal for better
monitoring.
In this regard, competent authority has desired that Sr. DCMs and Sr. DFMs should jointly monitor
exception reports regarding the above on a monthly basis and act on them accordingly.
Zonal Railways are also advised to furnish the data regarding status of entry of all catering assets
on IREPS portal in the enclosed format. The report may be furnished to this office urgently. Also
_ the same may be updated at the end of each month and forwarded to the Board’s office.
