Sub: Training videos for working on Automatic Block System as per USR 9.12- reg. Ref: (i) This office’s letter no. 2024/TT-IV/12/10 dated 16.08.2024. (ii) This office’s letter no. 2024/TT-IV/12/10 Pt. 1 dated 17.01.2025. Vide this office’s above referred letter dated 16.08.2024, Unified Subsidiary Rules (USR) and revised Authority forms with respect to GR 9.12 were circulated to all the Zonal Railways. Further, revised authority form T/A 912 under GR 9.12 was also issued to Zonal Railways vide letter dated 17.01.2025, 2. In this regard, ZRTI, Chandausi has now developed animation videos, with voice over in Hindi, for imparting training in accordance with revised USR 9.12. Also, these videos can be accessed through YouTube channel of ZRTI, Chandausi, the link to which is https://www.youtube.com/@ZRTIChandausiOnline. 3: Apropos above, the following action needs to be taken by the Zonal railways: (i). Ensure wide circulation of the videos to all the concerned railway officials. (ii) ~ Inclusion of these videos in training and counselling of all the concerned railway officials. (ii) Further, if required, Zonal Railways may, in consultation with ZRTI, Chandausi and Northern Railway, consider addition of subtitles in local language in each of the videos. Technical support in this matter would be provided by Northern Railway and ZRTI, Chandausi.
