New Delhi, dated. 10.03.2025 The Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways. Sub: Launch of Super App-SwaRail on 31-01-2025 . CRIS has launched beta version of the Super App - SwaRail on 31-01- 2025 at 7:30 AM, which is an official mobile application for railway ticket booking (reserved, unreserved and platform tickets), train enquiry, ordering food, complaint services etc. More than 80 thousand users have downloaded the SwaRail App and are using the same. 2. In view of the above, it is requested that necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned to educate the staff specifically ticket checking staff about the validity of tickets booked through the SwaRail app so that passengers do not face any kind of inconvenience during their journey and otherwise.
