Dy.Director/FM/Railway Board’s letter no. 2024/TC9FM)/11/02 dated 24.07.2024. 3. GM/PMS/CRIS’s letter no. CRIS/HQ/IPMT/95/2023-PMS dated 04.01.2024. Railway Board vide letter (Ref. 2) has accorded approval for the procedure suggested by CRIS (Ref 3) for implementation of Bharat Quick Response (BQR) code for booking of Parcel/Luggage through Host to Host (H2H) integrated POS Terminal (Copy enclosed as Annexure A and B). CRIS vide their letter addressed to State Bank of India (Ref.1) informed that testing of the BQR based POS machines having transactions through CRIS CPG payment gateway has been successfully completed and is ready for online implementation and requested to arrange sufficient number of BQR based POS machines for installation at PMS locations and enable them to accept digital payments through CRIS CPG payment gateway (Copy enclosed as Annexure C). After the receipt of POS machines, Zone should update the details of the Upgraded POS machine in ‘PMS Section Counter Master’. In case of any issues, kindly contact the Helpline number displayed at the PMS login page or mail to bs.pal@cris.org.in. As advised by the Railway Board, to review the above from time to time to determine the issues specifically related to Transaction failures and issues of refunds and reconciliation reports from PMS against bank scrolls, Zones may approach/convey to this office.
