Please find attached the letter from GM/PMS/CRIS dated 04.11.2024, wherein CRIS 
mentioned that “as per demand from Zonal Railways, the clustering of 134 stations has been 
done into 53 locations as per attached list of stations. These clusters can be used as a single 
identity only for unloading and delivery of packages. These facilities are being rolled out and 
a modus operandi is also enclosed for smooth functioning of this feature.” 
In view of the above, it is requested to circulate this information to all concerned for their 
information and necessary action. Please provide feedback to CRIS on email
