Sub: Provision of liquid hand wash in non-AC sleeper coaches. In order to further improve the sanitation standards in Indian Railways, it has been decided with the approval of Board (MTRS & MF) that provision for liquid hand wash be made in all non-AC sleeper reserved coaches of trains provided with OBHS facility, at par with AC reserved coaches of these trains. Accordingly, all Zonal Railways are advised to make necessary provision regarding the same in trains having OBHS facility. 2.
