Sub: System Improvement regarding declaration of private cash by Pantry Car Manager, Contractual Staff and Vendors of Running and Seatic Units of catcring. Ref: IRCTC’s letter No. 2021 /IRCTC/Catg/MCS/Vig.2 Di.31.07.023. Railway Board Vigilance had suggested a system improvement to IRCTC regarding declaration of private cash by Pantry Car Manager, Contractual Stall and Vendors of Running and Static Units of catering. In the matter, corporate office of IRCTC has issued guidelines to all its zones for incorporeting the fellowing para in the tender documents — Along with the Pantry Car ifunager, Contractual Staffs and Vendors of Running and Static Units of catering should also declare Private Cash before taking up duty The above system improvement is brought to the notice of Zonal Railways for information.
