Sub: Rotational Transfer of Officials working on Sensitive Posts.
Ref: Railway Board’s letter on No.2017/V-1/ALSL/1/1 dated
20.09.2020.
Instructions regarding tne rotational transfer of officers and staff holding
Sensitive Posts have been periodically issued. Relevant guidelines specifying
the tenure for such positions were earlier communicated through Railway
Board's letter No.2008/V-1/CVC/1/4 dated 18.02.2009.
In view of the above, I would request you to get the position reviewed at
your level and to take necessary steps to ensure rotation of officers and staff to
comply the above instructions for effective governance. Further, monthly
progress reports on the implementation should be submitted within prescribed
schedule to PED(Vig.) as per existing instructions.
