Ref: This office letter no. 2022/M(N)/ 951/34 dated 30.09.2024, 01.10.2024 & 10.10.2024 (Copy enclosed) Pursuant to discussions held in Board's meeting held on 07.02.2025,following instructions are issued for providing temporary relaxation for loading in rakes with expired BPC (in terms of days) In BOXN (and its variant rakes) & BOBRN where BPC validity has expired in terms of days but has not crossed 10,000 kms for BOXN (and its variant rakes) & 7500 kms for BOBRN, loading can be permitted only once. i. Such rakes shall be intensively examined at the nearest C&W point which is within 300 kms of the loading point. ii. Name of the examination point where rake is to be examined will be endorsed on the BPCs by Station Master/Yard Master at the loading point itself. iii, After Loading of these rakes, TMLP check shall be conducted for permitting movement of the rake upto examination point only, which has been endorsed on the BPCs. After unloading of such rake, no fresh loading is permitted and the rake should be offered for examination (CC/Premium/Intensive) in empty condition only. This relaxation is valid only upto 31.03.2025. Other terms and conditions as stipulated earlier remain unchanged. CFTM and CRSE are directed to Jointly examine each individual case for need of such relaxation and submit the report jointly under their signature to GM of the Railway on weekly basis.
