Sub: Delegation of powers to DRMs for sanction of works under Lumpsum.
Ref: 1.Board’s letter No.2022/F(X)II/PW/6 dated 01.03.2023.
2. Board's letter No.2024/F(X)/10/6-Part (1) dated 08.05.2024.

In partial modification to the letters under reference, Board has decided to
delegate following powers to DRMs for sanction of works for PH-51 under lump-sum:

- Staff Welfare i, Upto Rs.2.5 Cr

ii. Upto Rs.2.5 Cr (for works for existing Railway
schools, dispensary)

iii. Upto Rs.1 Cr for existing institutes, officers
club, rest houses and holiday homes
