CRIS vide above reference, has conveyed that a new version (version 2.8.0) of HHT
Client Application for TTEs has been developed to incorporate changes based on user
feedback and bug fixes. CRIS' letter & list of modifications alongwith bug fixes is enclosed as
Annexure A.

Zonal Railways are requested to test the proposed changes as appraised by CRIS and
submit the testing report positively by 14.06.2024. For testing of the new version, a list of
Users/ Ticket Checking staff is enclosed as Annexure B.

application for TTEs has been developed to incorporate changes based gh
feedbacks of Zonal Railways as well as on board staff and addressing bug fixes.

Enhancement & bug fixes of the new version 2.8.0 is attached in Annexure —A.
It is requested to arrange the testing of the same and provide the required
modification/enhancement, if any, so that the same can be incorporated in the
module. On the receipt of an OK report, the same will be rolled out on
production.

Enhancements and Bug fixes in HHT App Version 2.8.0
New Features/Enhancement: |
1. | EFTs can be prepared out of the sequence for Squad TTEs. Also few common
fields will be carrying values from the last EFT fed. These changes are
incorporated to make the EFT preparing process faster and suitable for taking
UPI payment.
2. | List of a who have filed Ticket Deposit Receipts (TDRs) can be found
‘inthe Report sectionofthe app. sss =
3. | UTS fare enquiry has been added in Utility menu to enable enquiring II class
fare on any route.
4, | The Coach Deficiency report now provides detailed subtypes of damage,
=a Mechanical, Electrical, and Other Damages. Additionally, it now offers
an option for specifying Lower class in case lower class coach has been
attached.
5. | The coach consist now stores data received from ICMS, allowing it to be
accessed later without an internet connection.
Bug Fixes:
1. | Storing attendance marking time and TTE name user for newly added (WT/Pass
booking) passengers.
