Sub: Smooth functioning of Computerized TTE Lobbies & HHTs.

Please refer to this office letter of even no. dated 16.0.12020, 12.03.2020
& 21.10.2020 wherein the guidelines for ensuring 100% digitalization of
working of TTE Lobbies were issued. [t was also desired that Zonal Railways
should rectify the deficiencies of physical infrastructure in the TTE Lobbies to
ensure its 100% digitalization. Instructions have also been issued regarding
proliferation of Point of Sale (POS) machines from time to time.

In order to streamline the working of ticket checking staff & to promote
digitalization, cashless & contactless ticket checking and to provide better
onboard experience to passengers, smooth functioning of HHTs, POS machines
and computerized TTE lobbies (wherever provided) at all train manning HQs is
required.

It is, therefore, requested that necessary instructions may please be issued
to all concerned to ensure smooth functioning of HHTs, computenzed TTE

lobbies as well as POS machines at all locations.
