Amendment No.3 to LSFTO MASTER CIRCULAR-2020

Sub: Liberalized Special Freight Train Operator Scheme (LSFTO)
-Amendment to para 6.6 (i) & para 11.5
Ref: | FM Master Circular/LSFTO/2020 Dated 16/03/2020

The provisions in the LSFTO Master Circular/2020 regarding migration of rakes inducted under
previous (LWIS/SFTO) policies (para 6.6(i)) and charging of freight on empty rake movement (para
11.5) have been reviewed by Board, and are hereby amended as under:-
