Sub: Availability of PMS terminals at all Divisional Commercial Control Offices.

It has been informed by CRIS that PMS Terminals have been provided in the Commercial Control Offices of all Divisions and Zonal Headquarters.

Board desires that Railways should ensure that these PMS terminals are utilized and data pertaining to Parcel Specials trains are made available through them on daily basis.

In case there are some Divisional Offices where the PMS terminals are not available, the same may be brought to the notice of this office, so that CRIS can be informed accordingly.

The information may please be furnished latest by 26.8.2020
