Sub. : Grant of Special Casual Leave to technical officials - regarding. Ref.: Railway Board's letter no. E(Sports)2008/Policy/1(SCL/Duty) dated 22.04.2008. Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), after consulting Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions have decided that the technical officials concerned with administration of the tournaments will not be treateco as part of the team but will be given the facility of availing of Special Casual Leave for a period not exceeding 30 days in a calendar year as is admissible in the case of persons covered in para I(iii) to (vii) of the Department of Personnel & Training (DeP&T)'s O.M.
