Sub: Launching of RailNivaran — Portal for Rly staff grievance

Indian Railways would launch the upgraded portal RailNivaran— single,
comprehensive portal for Rly Staff grievance shorlly. It would cover all grievances
of staff (including job-aspirants) of all Railway organisations (including Rly PSUs). It
would enable Railway PG Managers to view all staff grievance on a single portal.

A training session through Video-conference is being organised to familiarize &
sensitize on Rail Nivaran features. Link and timing for the VC would be shared via
email & whatsapp.
