Sub: New ATVMs supplied by CRIS warranty period and escalation matrix to
report to be followed.

37 nos of new ATVM are supplied to station over SBC Division. In this connection following
instruction are issued

1. The ATVMs have to taken into station T & P book.

2. Machine serial number and warranty period (as detailed in annexure) are to be entered in T
& P book.

3. In case of failure, follow the escalation matrix (details enclosed) with the serial number and

location detail to respective vendor and mark a copy to cmiitsbc@gmail.com and inform
Commercial control

4. Details of failures are to be entered in ATVM failure register along with Complaint and
rectification date

Sub:- Quarterly detail of delay in attending & resolving complaints in ATVMs supplied
through CRIS.
Ref:- CRIS letter of even no. dated 11.06.2021.

CRIS vide above cited letter requested to Zonal Railways to send detail of complaint number,
date & time of reporting of complaint, date & time of attending complaint, total delay in attending
complaint, date & time of resolution of complaint, total delay in resolution of complaint, penalty
amount separately for delay in attending complaint & resolution of complaint supply order wise
to CRIS regional office on quarterly basis so that suitable action may be taken as per tender
conditions.

It is further stated that contact details of primary person, toll free numbers and escalation matrix
of all three vendors supplying ATVMs is enclosed in Annexure.
