With reference to the above a copy of letter from JD/EnlIM/RB is enclosed herewith Tn last letter of RB dt 16.11.2016 it was advised to provide bedroll kit to each RAC passenger in AC classes (Except AC Chair Car) as the bedroll charges are included in fare and charged from cach passenger

It is required'to confirm from your cnd about whether the provision of Bedrolls to RAC passengers in AC classes is made in your respective divisions or not ?

. Attention is invited to Board’s letter of even no., dated 16.11.2016 as referred above, wherein it was advised that Board has decided that bed roll kits may be provided to each RAC passenger in AC Classes (except AC Chair

Car) as the bed roll charges are includéd in fare and charged from each of them.

It has been observed that complaints regarding non-provision of bed roll kits to RAC Passengers are being received in Board from various channels.

Zonal Railways may kindly ensure compliance of Board’s instruction issued vide letter under reference, so that such complaints may be avoided.
