(ved बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) सं.2014/सींआइएस/यूटीएस-कम-पीआरएस/डेलेग./५ नई दिल्ली, दिनांक /६-०6-2015 महाप्रबंधक, सभी भारतीय रेलें.

परिशिष्ट विषय: संयुक्त यूटीएस-सह-पी'आरएस टर्मिनल की PRM और उसकी शुरुआत करना.

संदर्भ: बोर्ड wr दिनांक 18-09-2014 कण खमरसंख्यक पत्र,

यूटीएस-सह-पीआरएस प्रबंध किए जाने की नीति बोर्ड के उपर्युक्त पत्र के तहत उदारीकृत की गई थी,

2. इसी संदर्भ में उक्त नीति के पैरा 2 के मौजूदा उप-पैरा wi) के नीचे निम्नलिखित को उप-पैरा wii) के रूप में अंतर्विष्ट किया जाए:

(vit) ऐसे सभी स्टेशनों, चाहे वे किसी भी श्रेणी के हों, और जहाँ केवल अनारक्षित टिकटिंग प्रणाली (यूटीएस) काउंटर शुरु किए गए या स्वीकृत हों, को संयुक्त यूटीएस-सह-पीआरएस टर्मिनल में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता है, बशर्ते वह व्यवहारिक हो और उसके लिए औचित्य बनता हो.

3. उक्त नीति की अन्य सभी निबंधन एवं शर्तें अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी.

इसे रेल मंत्रालय के वाणिज्य निदेशालय के परामर्श और वित्त निदेशालय की सहमति से जारी किया जाता है.

ADDENDUM

Subject: Installation and commissioning of combined UTS-cum- PRS terminals.

Reference: Board’s policy letter of even number dated 18-09-2014.

Policy on provision of UTS-cum-PRS was liberalized vide Board’s letter quoted above.

2. With reference to the same, following may be inserted as sub-para (vii) below the existing sub-para (vi) under para 2 in the said policy:

(vii) All those stations, irrespective of class, where only UTS counter has been introduced or is sanctioned, may be converted to a combined UTS-cum-PRS terminal, subject to feasibility and justification.

3. All other terms and conditions in the above said policy will remain unchanged.

This issues in consultation with Comm! Dte and with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
