Sub: SCFs pending for matching & booking and outstanding remittances - NPS

The nodal offices have remitted the funds towards NPS of the employees in bulk during 2008-09 but the concomitant data have not been received in the system resulting in the funds lying with the system without being credited to the subscribers account. PFRDA had issued guidelines in 2012 for closure of pool account (account created for investment of unmatched remittances) and return of remittances if the amount matching with the SCF amount is not received and this was effective w.e.f 01.05.2012. However, certain remittances prior to this period are still outstanding in the pool account unreconciled because of lack of information pertaining to remittances or non-uploading of SCFs resulting in increase in the grievances pertaining to non-crediting of contributions.
In this regard, please find enclosed a list containing data of SCFs pending for matching and booking for 23 outstanding identified remittances totalling to an amount of है 13,77,732.04.
It is requested to provide correct and verified details of the fund transfer alongwith UTR No.
and date of remittance pertaining to your Railways against each entry to NSDL and Axis Bank with a copy to PFRDA in order to credit the subscriber contribution to the respective accounts.
