Please refer to Para 3.0 of Annexure-1 of the Circular under reference which prescribes designated Railway authority for approving the programmed traffic.

Vide Board's letter No.2011/TT(V)/25/Station/Pt Il dated 25.03.2015, instructions

have been issued regarding delegation of power to sanction movement of coal under Priority 12,

In view of the above, the designated railway authority against item No.1.4 of Para

3.0 of Annexure-! of the circular under reference, may be modified as under:
