Sub: Targets for 2011-2012 - Originating Passenger Earnings and Number of Passengers Booked The Originating Passenger Earnings Targets of Indian Railways announced in the Railway Budget for 2011-12 is % 30456.00 Crores and the target ‘for the Number of Passengers is 8271.67 Millions. In this regard, zone-wise targets for Originating. Passenger Earnings and the Number of Passengers are given in the annexure. 2. The distribution of the targets Railway-wise for passenger earnings for the year 2011-2012 has been done keeping in view the past performance as well as new services introduced in 2010-2011 and those to be introduced in 2011-2012. The targets for Number of Passengers Booked have also been distributed accordingly. 3.
