GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS RAILWAY BOARD No. 2009/TG-III/631/2 Pt New Delhi, Dated: 29/04/2025 Principal Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways. Sub: Booklet for inspection checklist. Regular inspections by officers and supervisors on trains and stations ensure check on quality, hygiene, service delivery etc. The officials conducting inspections of catering stalls, MPS stalls, Base kitchens, Pantry etc should undertake a holistic inspection covering all aspects like hygiene, quality, FSSAI compliance, manpower, statutory compliances etc. It is also important - that there should be regular inspections by officers and supervisors ; moreover, the frequency of inspections should be well defined. _ In this endeavor, a draft booklet of inspection checklist is enclosed. ZRs may go through the booklet and offer their comments/ suggestions. ZRs may also suggest the number and frequency of inspections by officers and supervisors. The signed copy of the comments / suggestions, along with the suggested schedule of inspections, may be sent to the Board’s office within 15 days. DA- As above. . छान प्रा?
