Vide above referred letter, the importance of periodic and surprise inspections of front-
line work-stations like Diesel Sheds and C&W Depots was emphasized. Also, a detailed .

-. Check-list of Items to be inspected was circulated to all CMEs to be circulated to all
Mechanical department officers and supervisors. —. ns

The above check-lists have been revised and are being circulated as Rev.1.

It may be ensured that the Officers and Supervisors make use of these check-lists and
invariably inspect the various items tisted therein. For wide dissemination of the check-
lists amongst the various personnel, the same are also being posted at the following link
