A clarification has been sought whether Haulage Charge for power packed containers from CONCOR may be recovered on empty basis or loaded basis.

The matter has been examined and it is clarified that Haulage Charge for power packed containers should be levied as loaded containers.

This issue with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of

Railways.
