It has come to notide that chief ticket Inspectors are not keeping EFT and also not making any casee / cash, But still claim T.A. This Is highly objectionable.

As per Ralway Board's letter no. 1987/TG-V/5/24 dated 26/12/1097, all members

of the ticket checking cadres including CTI, conduct the actual ticket checking and for which they should be issued EFTs without any exception so as to avoid

wastage of man power.

‘8’ of Board's letter No,2009/TG-V/5/2 dated 04/09/2009

Para (C,C.No.41/2009) implies: that ' The checking staff detalled for stock keeping should not be allowed to do ticket checking duties ar to issue any EFT.

In view of the above, It ls advised that all ticket checking squad should be worked under one DCTI who will not issue any EFT. But CTI incharge of aach checking squad should be issued EFT and they will do ticket checking and prepare

cases / cash.

Action taken report in the matter may please be submitted to this office for

onward appraisal of CCN. -
