Ref: CRIS/NDLS-HO/PMS/O1, dated 18.12.2024 Digital payments through QR Code display devices is reportedly facing problems at some locations, which may be sometimes due to non compliance of CRIS inatructions. Therefore, the guidelines prescribed by CRIS vide letter dated 16.12.2024 are enclosed herewith for wide circulation amengat the field staff. 2. To promote digital transactions, all points including delivery, where cash transactions are taking place, the payment through OR Code display devices may be provided. 3. PMS is now integrated with UTS for transmission of Cash/all transactions Summary of Parcel, and therefore, it may be ensured that the same is auto-fethched to UTS, without any manual intervention, at the time fixed, on daily basis. 4. CRIS has developed a help desk for handling the probleme faced in implementation of payment through OR Code Display devices. The helpdesk contact person is Shri Amlendu Shekhar, and his team, available on mobile wumber 9490488935.
