Sub: Kavach: Training Module with course content for imparting training on
"Kavach' to Traffic Staff (Station Masters, Train Managers, Controllers and
Sectional TIs).

In light of above ref (1), CoE/IRISET has prepared Training Module with course
content CoE/Kavach/2024/008 Issue 1.0 for imparting training on 'Kavach' to
Traffic Staff, enclosed herewith for feedback/ comments/ circulation.

The document contains mention of Temporary Speed Restriction (TSR) related
button available on SM-OCIP (Station Master — Operation-cum-Indication Panel) in
the enclosed document, however, the Temporary Speed Restrictions (TSR) related
procedures will be incorporated on incorporation of TSR functionality progressively
as mentioned in ref.(11) so as to avoid premature content to trainers and staff before
it is frozen. Likewise, the document might also be required to be updated on
approval of G&SR Committee Report.
