In case Railway has to issue Passes . to non-Railway persons for purposes connected with Railway working, such cases are required to be sent to Board for approval. 2, A case has come to the notice of Board in which a provision for issue of Ist Class Card Passes & Cheque Passes to Contractors & Staff working with the Contractors has been incorporated in the’ contract agreementon one of the Railways, which does not have Board’s approval.
