Sub: Issue of Duty Cheque Passes to Officers of Indian Railway on deputation to DFCCIL.

The issue of Duty Cheque Passes to Indian Railway Officers on to Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL) has been considered by Board and it has been decided that Duty Cheque Passes should be issued in favour of Officers of Indian Railway on deputation to DFCCIL for self only of the class to which Railway Officersof equivalent status are entitled to on duty. For this purpose blank Cheque Pass Books should be made available to DFCCIL by the Zona! Railways to the regionai office of DFCCIL falling within their jurisdiction and precise accountability may be kept for reimbursement of expenditure. DFCCIL will reimburse. to the Railways, the cost of journeys undertaken on Duty Cheque Passes.
