A copy of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoH&UA)'s OM No. I-
17011/2(2)/2019-H. III dated 01.10.2019 regarding modification to
10. para-7(i) of their OM No. I- 1701 1/11(4)/2016-H.II dated 09.11.2017 on House Building Advance Rules-2017 circulated to Railways/PUs vide Board's letter of even no. dated 05.12.2017, is enclosed. The modification shall be applicable mutatis-mutandis on the Railways.
