Sir Sub: Inclusion of escort in the Post Retirement Complimentary Passes to blind retired employee, Ref: AIRF’s Letter No. AIRF/82 (481) dated 18-12-2007, RICK In terms of Item (xxv) Schedule II of Railway Servants (Pass) Rules, 1986 (Second Edition, 1993) higher class of Pass on privilege account with an escort in the same class to non-gazetted physically handicapped Railway employees who are eligible for second class Pass as per the normal entitlement is admissible only to physically handicapped employees orders are not applicable to those Railway employees who are visually handicapped i.e. blind in both eyes. | 2.
