At present, some zonal railways are managing files and cases of reimbursement claims manually in physical mode. It is advised that all the medical reimbursement files should be processed through ¢- office only. It is imperative that all zonal railways follow suit to ensure transparency and timely resolution of cases. This will enhance efficiency and meet our targets effectively. Strict compliance may be ensured so all reimbursement claim cases and their records may be maintained through c-office only. This issues with the approval of DG/RHS.
