The thrust of Annual Plan 2022-23 is on infrastructure development,
throughput enhancement i.e. the quantum of traffic which can be transported
over the Section in a Period of 24 hours, development of terminal facilities,
augmentation of speed of trains, signaling systems, improvement of
customer amenities, safety works of road over/under bridges etc.
