Further to Board’s letter No. 2005/TC(FM)/1/8 dated 6.03.2006, a copy of the specimen
format of the agreement to be signed between customers opting for Terminal Incentive cum
Engine on Load Scheme(TIELS) and the Railway Administration is sent herewith. The format of
this agreement has been vetted by Finance and Legal Directorates of the Ministry of Railways.

headquarters at ____________, hereinafter called as the “ Railway Administration” (which
expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean &
include its successors and assigns) of the one part:

Act, 1956, having its registered office at ________________, hereinafter called as the “PARTY”
